Crank Labor / Rebuild Labor
4-Strokes up to 499cc - 4-Strokes 500cc or more - Includes: disassembly, inspection, assembly, and truing of crank Balancing NOT included Does NOT include new parts if needed	$105.00 $125.00

Cut Welds on Crank Pin
If pin has previously been welded, the welds are cut for the disassembly process Does not apply to cranks that have not been previously welded	$10.00

Stroke
Description: Increasing the stroke is a cost-effective way to add torque and power. Includes: machining pin hole to desired stroke Balancing NOT included, but is highly recommended Does NOT include new parts if needed May require Rod Mod 1, 2, or 3	$335.00

Balance
Description: Balancing reduces vibration and improves longevity. Includes: machine work to balance to desired piston Does NOT include crank labor Does NOT include new parts if needed Does NOT include any heavy metal added (32¢ per gram)*	$375.00*

Lighten
Description: Crank is machined to reduce overall mass. Allows the engine to rev faster for improved acceleration. Includes: machining to reduce overall mass Balancing NOT included, but is highly recommended Does NOT include new parts if needed Some cranks may have additional costs	$285.00

True and Weld
Crank trued by a qualified technician to OEM specifications or better, and pin welded to ensure crank halves stay true	$65.00

Heavy Crank
Description: Add weight to reduce acceleration of rotating mass and create more inertia. Allows the engine to rev slower for improved traction. Balancing NOT included, but is highly recommended Does NOT include new parts if needed Some cranks can cost an extra $150 - $300 for heavy metal Crank may need to be re-stroked due to warping during welding ($85 per web if necessary)	$450.00*

Friction Reduction
Smooths the surface of the crank to allow for better oil flow and to allow the engine to rev faster for improved acceleration (4-strokes only)	$195.00

Rod Modification 1
Machining bottom of rod for clearance	$30.00

Rod Modification 2
Rod Mod 1 + narrowing bottom end of rod	$55.00

Rod Modification 3
Rod Mod 2 + narrowing of rod beam and rod is shot peened	$85.00
